Thank you for choosing Pilotvex. We strive to provide excellent SaaS services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription or request a refund. Pilotvex is operated by Hariprakash Subramani as the legal entity.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pilotvex subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the billing cycle ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in this policy
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current billing cycle ends

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not provided as described on our Platform
  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period
  • Duplicate payment was charged for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized transaction was processed on your account

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 (seven) days from the date of the original transaction. Requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions that have been used for more than 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Services or features that have been substantially used or consumed
  • Add-on credits or one-time purchases that have already been redeemed
  • Renewals where cancellation was not initiated before the renewal date

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your registered email address and account username
  • Transaction ID and date of payment
  • A clear and specific reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.) if applicable

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving all required information.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically an additional 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Governing Law

This Cancellation and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
